Your thoughts on "Some Devil" ?

With all DMB albums, it's growing on me, but this seems more upbeat than other recent albums.

 

I went out and bought it today - now im broke - but im really enjoying it! I especially love the extra 2nd CD.

 

Yeah the website says "web exclusive" only with the Dave/Tim live cd. I was ticked off when I bought it for 17 bucks off the dave matthews site only to find out that I still haven't received it and people can go down the road to buy it for 9.99 at best buy.

 

DMB is boring. Yeah they have some great songs, but the vast majority of their stuff sounds exactly the same to me. *shrug*

The good songs ARE GOOD though. I'll say that much.

 

I was hooked on their first album...then it got overplayed on the radio and I tired of it. I didn't like most of the stuff that came after, but I really like the funk groove he can get goin' on.

 

They sound somewhat similar, but each song is entirely different, but I guess that's in the ears of the beholder.

 

I love it, got it a day in advance, been in the CD player since!
