Default new empoyee rant

company recently hired a new employee to do administrative tasks...phones, mail, processing. he IS a very nice guy. but he is really starting to piss me off.

numero uno: he rips up the bathroom every afternoon and leaves residue on the seat...pubes, or bits of toilet paper.

2. way to enthusiastic and happy.

yeeeah bro.

right on!

sure thing

you know, ill be right on that for you

3. he addresses everyone...clients and coworkers as "kid" "my man" "bro" "sister"

4. he falls asleep when he is not hyperactive.

5. he constantly tells you how good you are at something if he sucks at it.

Woman across the cubicle canyon from me gets on the phome and talks like everything is a crisis, talks way too loudly on the phone, and hums tunelessly and mindlessly. One day, she was engaged n a very challenging phone conversation and was very loudly snapping gum throughout the call. At staff meetings, she asks the most inane questions. After more than 10 years using a computer for work, she still hasn't the gfoggiest idea of what she's doing.

Plenty, but I only have to work here through June 11th and then it's on to a bunch of new people that will surely annoy me in new and different ways!

How about:

1. I always have to say "mornin'" to the back of his head.

2. He constantly broadcasts what his doing in front of his little labtop: "Oh, yeah, THAST's why! Uh-huh. OOOOK, so this should work, then."

3. Put the conference phone volume up his a$$ so everyone can hear him and the person on the other line.

4. When the above-mentioned phone conversation is over. He smashes the phone down and exclaims: "LOOOOOSERRSS!!" And proceed to rant about the "loser" on ME...for like 5 minutes straight!

5. Talks about his "genius" son every chance he gets.

6. Just packs up his stuffs (pretty loud bangs when closing the drawers, etc) and just leaves without saying bye to anyone around him.

I used to do this, sans loud noises when I left work. No one cares if I was leaving so why should I say bye? (same with everyone else who left)
