The new RSX
The other day I saw a new RSX on the street. It was burgundy in color. To be quite honest, I was not too impressed with the car's looks. I mean, its not a bad looking car, but there is nothing about it that really jumps out and makes a statement. It looks no different than any other car. No real discerning lines, there isn't a real lowered stance, or sporty characteristics. Based on photos, I was expecting to see something that really jumps out at you as a sports car (kind of like our S2k's, and I'm not just saying that as an owner). Once these things start hitting the streets, it won't be a really big deal. It will be like seeing civics or something. Heck, I think the previous integras with a type R front end (not the projector headlights) still look better.
I have to agree. I stopped by a dealer last week to take a look. I came away completely unimpressed. The first thing that came to mind was that Honda certainly didn't take any chances with the styling. Really very bland. They should have called it the Acura Civic.
