Nice! Is it worth it?

 

I started off borrowing buddy's beater board and bindings, had my own boots, damn board was so heavy I am sure it hindered my progress, made it harder to turn, flexed like a mother (garbage bindings).

Don't ever buy a board solely for its graphic designs, find a stiff board that's not too heavy (unless u plan to do some park riding as well, then you might not want an ultra stiff board) and stiff bindings, but go cheap, get last yr's discontinued stuff, it makes a huge difference price wise, or better yet, buy someone else's old board. Another GREAT investment if you're new & especially if you're riding on ice. Wrist guards, wished I had them many many times . . . . . . especially after I smashed my wrist fallin . . . . .

 

Dunno. I haven't gone up yet.

 

i've got a 165cm Simms Fader Jenna Jameson/Vivid limited edition. it's actually one that you could not buy anywhere, personal gift from Jenna i can't see ever riding the damned thing. actually i'd like to sell it (it's still in the shrink wrap) and go buy a different board to learn to ride on
