Ad on cover of phone book. I hear it works really well for mortgage brokers. Also, get a working relationship with realtors. Buyers don't always have financing lined up. Your best business is repeat business. The couple that financed at a really high rate two years ago may be in a position to refinance at a lower rate this year.
