Default Real Estate / WA

I'm looking for fixers, acreage, subdividable lots. If you know of a property for sale by owner. Leads appreciated. I'm looking for something with resale potential!

If you have a property and want to peak out market value, I can help there as well.

Thanks in advance.

Maybe he is looking for something to run his M3 into.

This ad reads like a bad I got taken for 500 bucks at a seminar on how to get rich -- but the only pepople who are getting rich are the folks selling this bullshit.

I'm a Licensed Real Estate Agent. I Make My Living Selling and Investing in Real Estate.

I'm in the market for an investment property, and casually putting the word out in the event someone local wants to list or sell a property.

Looking for properties, not problems. Thanks!

Ya, as long as the mtg itself breaks even... Mtg is a debt.

Issaquah is a good appreciation market... Primarily b/c of the school district.
