Woman takes 4 minutes to figure out that she can't fit into the parking space

If you walk around the streets of Manhattan you'll realize this is how most NYers park as well. Most cars that are street-parked have scuffed bumpers (from cars) and dented hoods (from SUVs).

 

I never seen anyone play with the stick that much when trying to park the car.

 

I can't believe it took them 4 minutes to realize it wan't going to fit.

 

My wife can not parallel park either and has no interest in learning how. I needed her out of the driveway once and asked her to just back out and put it alongside the curb which was the start of a round cul de sac. The first try she backed out and ended three feet from the curb. I laughed so she got back in and tried two more times and it got worse. The final park was at a 45 degree angle from the curb, about two feet from it in front and about six feet in the back. Mind boggling.
