Dude!

You gotta go talk to the dude, who knows about the stuff, to get you the hookup with the other dude, who' knows the other guy, who has the link, to get you in line, to meet the guy, who'll totally hook you up, no problem.

my roommate went to sears two weekends ago...got lucky as they'd just gotten their first shipment of systems since the first round. i would've thought supply issues would've been gone by now, but i guess now.

also, the wii is awesome.

wii sports - lots of fun, very good disc to accompany the system
madden - pretty cool, but i need to play it more
monster truck 4x4 - lots of fun at first, but i've completely finished it after about two hours.

Wal-mart at 6 am on Sunday morning is your best bet!

Or, order those expensive bundles from places like EB - $550 gets you the Wii, extra remote, nunchuck, a few games, overpriced SD card, etc.

Best bet is talk to the store managers and pester them about delivery times to know when they are coming in, and when they can be sold. If there's a Sunday ad for them, they have to hold the for Sunday sales, you just have to bite the bullet and get up early.

Btw, the Wii rocks.

We managed to grab a Wii back in December and it just gets better and better as we play.

This thing is way too addictive at times...lol

Good luck with your hunt

It's difficult to find them anywhere. I have a feeling any online retailer is going to bundle them with games and crap you don't want for a higher price. I would be absolutely AMAZED if you were able to find one online and could fork out only $250 + shipping for it.

I got one at the end of last November. Its a blast. I have it hooked up to my projector.. wii sports @ 90" =
