Bieg on the other hand is a easy target for those who disagree with him knowing they have a army of Greg supporters to back em up.

Pinky was not a sponsor of the Board to my knowledge. That was the issue with his sales, I believe.
Point is I was all over him back then. My issue with Pinky was his recommendation to everyone was to buy a new head unit whenever anyone asked about upgrading speakers. I felt this was a bit self serving as he had set himself up to sell the head units and the dash control interface. I believe you should remember that Meat as you were around back then. Greg is not the ONLY person I questioned the motives of.

Yes, I've been around since the late summer of '99 and I recall all the self-promoters come and go. I have to say that Greg's issue is different since he isn't selling anything and the stuff he talks about he gives full recognition that he is sponsored by MG (which happens to be a sponsor of the site).

All within the rules....

My point was that you could verify that I have spoken out against Pinky and Ming in that period and Greg is not being singled out. He is just the promoter dejour.

Just for argument sake, if Greg's motive was actually to promote MG Racing products then I really don't see any problems with that at all. MG Racing is one of the site sponsors so no commercial posting policy is violated here.
