Now this is going to far IMO...

That sounds like a pretty good playlist IMO. I'm surprised that Rage Against the Machine escaped the list.

I really like most of the artists that comprise that list. Man, I don't necessarily listen to the lyrics as much as I do the music. Get over it!

I don't believe this, it's a hoax right?! Are we doing this out of fear? People are just in a state of panic and need to relax. By God we're Americans not morons! People need to take a sanity break!

What a load of crap. God forbid the title of the song should have the word "bullet" in it. So why isn't "Bomb Track" by Rage Against the Machine on there? Thankfully, the local radio stations around here don't bother with this PC horsehockey and play AC/DC and Alice in Chains all the time.

Oh no, AIC's "Rooster" is about war and death! Meaningful lyrics that you can't dance to?? Let's ban it!

By the way, JRM, the last line of your sig is driving me crazy...is that supposed to say, "While we're flying you're dying?" Maybe I'm just dense, but it doesn't seem to make sense in it's current form. Sorry, just my $0.02.

Actually, I read on Yahoo that the list also includes "all songs by Rage Against the Machine". I hope they put "London Bridge is Falling Down" on the list. I heard some kids singing that yesterday and almost lost it.

I just love how the media wants to "protect" us from songs. I can understand that some songs if heard by certain people might make them cry or get upset, but they can turn them off...or just be sad. Being sad is not a bad thing. The media does all kind of worthless exploitation of people during tragedies...I don't think banning "knocking on heavens door," is gonna change their image.

I heard Howard Stern talking about it this morning. It is just rediculous. I mean, c'mon.

It's not like these songs were created after the incident. I mean, give me a break.

The next thing they are going to tell us is that it wasn't Bin Laden that was behind the attacks, but it was The Flag Companies.
