I feel for ya bro. Dating in my 20's kinda was complicated. That's why I liked the women in the 30s. Sorry you're not having a good time with the older girls.
If you want to meet some fun girls, take classes at the local college... classes like tennis, golf, nursing, balet... (no crap! I did! I was the only dude in the class and there I met a 30 and a 20! saweet!).
Now, when YOU get into your 30s, older women do become OLDER women.
For those of us who didn't have arranged marriages, or were not lucky enough to find the right girl in HS, dating can be a real beyatch.
Me, I vote for the 30-something year old females. Date them to have fun while you are in your 20s then when you are ready to settle down... usually mid 30s, find a younger girl.
What I'm saying is have FUN with the older girls while you are a pup. It's a PERFECT situation. They just want you for the backrubs and indoor excercise. You get all the goodies without nagging committment. What a deal!
Then, when it is time to get serious, find you a younger woman ESP if you want to have children.

But a teenager stepping into 20-somethings... well? They are still girls.
I was 19 and had an interest in a 26 girl. She was all about committment. It scared the crap out of me because I couldn't really get to know her... no less myself!
Yep. The 20-sometings will still mess with your mind. Those women are going to be about committment. Unless you've found a woman that you feel totally in with, it is a trap shoot.
Here's my philosophy in a nutshell. Be safe. Have fun. At 19, you are most likely not ready to start a family and provide... you just want to get established and have fun!!! Right?
Holy crap! You have so much more of your life ahead of you. Avoid a serious relationship at this time with any aged female. For now, have your movie girl, your car girl, and your whatever girl... Have fun and be flexible.
During this time, you will figure out what is important to you in long-term relationship. Marriage is LIFE if you do it right.
What if she doesn't brush her teeth at night? What if she does that thing that really turns you off?... What if she farts at the dinner table? Whatever? Have fun and explore.
Most importantly... do NOT get stressed out about finding a mate NOW. She will arrive when you've figured your shit out and be around after you've matured enough to handle her.
Be cautious about women in their early 20's. They are very much in the mind-game, and posessive frame. Play it for what it is. But I caution you even more about handling the girls in your age group. The way you treat them determines the way they respond to men from then on.
Be honest, and be a good man.

Truer words have rarley been spoken. I have dated lots of women and it amazes me the number that have a giant screw loose. Had two major stalkers like the one in fatal attraction.

This also may be a generalization but run from a woman who:

a) has just broken up with a long term boyfriend or worst of all fiancee.
b) after about about a week of dating point to kids in television commercials and says "That's what our kid would look like"

or c) is named JENNIFER WILLBANKS!!!! AAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

 

All women are crazy, you're just looking for one that has a less than average crazyiness rating.

 

Jennifer Wilbanks wouldn't be too bad a choice if you were sporting a teabagging fetish. Those are some vast deep pockets within which to rest your weary nuts.
