I don't know how this morning's case originated. I didn't have the heart to ask him before the surgery because he was in sooooo much pain. I hope it wasn't something stupid like- "What would happen if I slam my boner in the car door?"

I actually took care of a patient who had a "fractured penis" I too was like, how in the world..? This guy had a stiff one in the morning when he woke up, like many of you do
and instead of turning over slowly to change positions, he somehow got airborne and flipped over onto it, hence "bending/breaking" it. I was thinking to myself "now what am I suppose to do about this?" Needless to say, it was hard to keep a straight face.
