Default Which one burns more calories on the trackmil?

Which one burns more calories on the trackmil in the same amount of time and at similar effect level?

Run faster or more slope (steep)?

Seems to me that running faster burns more calories.

I'm completely guessing but I would say faster running would burn more, whereas incline running would target specific muscle groups more aggressively.

Go swimming. It saves your knees and you see girls in swimsuits.

Don't eat that bagel for breakfast, and then you don't have to waste your f'n time on a treadmill. The end result in net calories will be the same.

Depends on how fast you are running, the grade of the slope, and the speed on that grade. Usually running.

higher intensity = better than distance

youll burn calories throughout the day or even as you sleep if you do a HI, low distance run instead of a LI, long run, where it burns off more calories on the spot but doesnt last through out the day.
