Default Online Gambling???

Anyone ever give online gambling a try for real money??? Just curious to find out any experiences anyone might have had.

Lost some money on it. And you lose faster than when you are playing at a real table because the games carry on at a much faster pace. I always have this sneaky feeling that the computer is able to switch cards whenever they want as we will never be able to catch it.

That said, I have a friend who won $10k in a week playing online Blackjack.

someone i know lost $50k over the span of 4-5 months. he had a big gambling problem and doing it online was the only way he could do it w/o any of his friends knowing and stopping him.. needless to say.. online gambling is out there to catch those with addictions that are somehow unable to get to a casino.. think online is worse than doing it in person..

I'm glad you brought that up AP1..

I too have a friend that unfortuantly lost everything he had gambling.. When we confornted him in the first place, he said he'd stop and get help..then proceeded to lose another 200k online..

Him and his family had to move in with his parents..

This isnt meant to preach, I gamble often, but play for fun, not for money.

I won a bunch on the site I decided to give it a try on. I lost about half of what I won and decided to stop and come out ahead. I actually won quite a bit. I cashed out and am waiting for my money. I also decided that this is a one time thing. After winning at will things turned around and I was losing at an alarming rate, this is when I decided that I would call it quits. I like to gamble alot but if I'm gonna lose it's gonna be in Vegas with real dealers, not a computer screen..... It was fun though...

What site did you play on? I've been thinking about giving it a try, but am afraid of fraud...

I played at Casino On Net All their games work pretty good, I mostly played BlackJack, however I did hit one of the slot machines for $750. I hit the third largest thing on the game....

I have played on paradise poker before. Don't play there much, I like having the chips in front of me.
