how or why does the new link open up small sometimes but maximum (large or full screen) sometimes when i open it up on the browser (IE) this is using windows XP.
i want it to be full screen btw

 

Close all IE windows except 1. Resize this to fullscreen by using the drag a corner method, don't use the full screen button on the top right hand corner. Then close this window.

Now as long as you don't resize the last IE window open, all your new windows will be full screen.
