does anybody here trade stock options?

any recommended sites that track the prices of particular options? what about recommended brokers-- I'm currently with Scottrade and toying with opening an Options account; $7 + $1.25 per contract.

I have a good understanding of the risks, just looking for input on sites that might have historical options graphs, spreads, liquidity (or lack thereof), etc.

care to share some of your experiences? (other than the "made a bundle" or "lost my shirt!" ones )
