Ummm.. YES!!!!!!
Is that US$ or Canadian? Either way, good price! ESPECIALLY on a C4.
Too bad it's a coupe... convertible would be better... worthy replacement for an S2000, IMHO. (if it were a convertible, that is...)
Porshe kills you on the options, and that is a pretty decent list. You did not list cruise control though... a must on a Porshe...

If you like a car enough, any price is a good price.
But if you buy a car for playing, hoping to sell it after a year or two and make minimal loses, THEN this is not a good buy. Reason being when potential buyers look at your car, they would judge the price according to what C4 are selling out there, which is around $80000-$90000 USD. It does not matter what options you have, because not everyone will like them and hence won't count the value of the options. For $100000USD you can get the previous generation turbo with low millage.

To the land of no return...
What's the price difference between the C4 and the twin turbo? I thought the tt was in the 120k range. I'd go for the tt, hopefully a few more years of double/split on the company stock, I could consider that too...

MSRP for a 2001 C4 996 Coupe is $72,000. The options you list are probably about $6K - $8K.
The non-Porsche upgrades *detract* from the value, not add.
Sounds like the price is about right. Certainly not a steal. I'd stretch a few $K more and get a 2001 set up just the way I like, if it were me.

By the way, MSRP for the 2001 996 Turbo is $111,000 + options, although good luck getting one without a mark-up thats equivelant to the price of an S2K!
