Looks almost exaclty like an older rodeo or something. That car doesn't look chinese, but it definitely falls apart like it is

I wouldn't be surprised if that's exactly what it is. The Chinese are buying older dirt bike and road motorcycle blueprints from Honda and building old-school clones out of them. Maybe they're doing the same thing with cars? Some companies are even just plain ripping off copyrighted desings without permission (like that ugly Rolls-Royce clone below) but those cars are usually CDM only.

Jesus, what happened to that F150? Is that thing built "Ford Tough"? It looks as bad as the Chinese car.

it depends what regulation the OEM are designing the cars to. I believe Ford's high speed crash is performed at 56 kph which is at or just a bit higher than US requirement. Euro's requirement for high speed crash is higher value compare to US, so their car are designed to that standard.
