I don't have an experience of my own.. but my friends told me about theirs.

Story #1 - There was about 6 people. None of them had played it before, thought it'd be fun to test it out. They lit 2 candles and started asking questions and stuff. It didn't move or anything for a while so they just stopped playing with it. They all slept on the ground next to it because they didn't have enough beds for everyone. One guy woke up and started to see it move a little. Dude thought he was dreaming a bit then proceeded to wake everyone else up. People thought he was BSing and blamed him for rigging it. Then they started asking questions and it moved on its own and started to answer the question then everyone got freaked and blew out the candles and threw the board away.

Story #2 - A group of friends went to a park at night. It was suppose to be haunted or what not. They started playing around with it and nothing happened. Then it started moving and stuff but everyone thought someone else was just moving it so after an hour or so they stopped playing. They packed up and went home to sleep at someone's house. They were all downstairs in the living room but the back patio had a clear screen that you can see thru into the park in back. They were all getting ready to sleep, when they saw something moving in the back. It was a girl, but she was all pale and blue and she just looked at them for a few seconds and walked away. Needless to say, they all almost pissed their pants, some guy quickly closed the curtains and all slept upstairs.

Story #3 - Again, a group of friends. 1 guy had played before, and opted out in joining this time because, the he was like "Man, that Sh*t is real, don't fu*k with it." Well, about 10 minutes into the session. It started to move. Of course, they thought one of the other person was just messing around. So they were like ok, everyone take off your hand. They all did, and it still moved. One guy freaked out, and ran towards the door, but he couldn't open it. It wasn't until someone from outside heard them freaking out and ran to open the door did they get out. Of course, they were all laughing about it afterwards but, none of them will play again.

Man, I would never play that...why would you want to invite those spirits into your house.

I did it ONE time with a friend. Not much happened, then we asked it if we should smoke a joint. It spells out "get kaut". If we were moving it, we would have spelled it correctly. End of story, end of playing with it.

the board is nothing... that's why you can simply draw one out on a piece of paper. inviting spirits is very real, however. you're supposed to summon a certain spirit when you play. most people go for a simple one, like their guardian angel. i, for one, don't believe in guardian angels... so the first time i played, i was asking for Lucifer himself. of course i didn't say that out loud b/c my friends wouldn't play with me. i'm not sure which spirit/demon we got that night, but the pointer we used (pencil) was moving very, very erratically.

word of the wise: MAKE SURE THE SPIRIT YOU INVITE LEAVES THE BOARD BEFORE THE GAME ENDS.

i've heard stories of hardcore ouija boards in Taiwan. sometimes it takes hours and even days until the spirit agrees to leave. people cry their eyes out begging for the demon to leave. the pointer runs to "NO." if you leave the game before the demon leaves, supposedly the demon stays with you from that point on. possession can occur shortly thereafter.

oh man, i have so many more stories about this... but i'm getting tired of typing.

How do you make sure the spirit leaves the board? And when exactly does the game end, when you blow out the candle?
