Our new place
I have some pictures of the updated downstairs. A little bit better than the dreamscicle orange we had before.

Here are some different lighting/angles from some of the original pictures. Also, some of them we had already started moving so things aren't 100%

Can't wait to claim my own place. Its hard investing money in furniture, decor & updates when your moving from apartment to apartment.
[QUOTE=BearNVa,Oct 24 2009, 08:35 AM] Nice place but the white couch would have to go...it looks good don't get me wrong but it's white... it shows everything and it's hard to keep clean. Especially if you have a pet unless it's white...

I purchased the home for $215,000 with 3% seller contribution. Appraised at over $300k. It's about 1900 sq.ft. and about 10 blocks from the water, 9 blocks from the baseball stadium and just a few blocks from all of the restaurants, movie theaters and parks.
[QUOTE=gotrice02,Oct 26 2009, 09:24 AM] Damn dude, places now are focking dirt cheap, what a great time to buy...The only downside I can think of is sometimes some of those areas in St Pete near Tropicana field can be a little riff-raff.

Yeah. We get some homeless guys that walk by our house but downtown st.pete has vastly improved compared to when I moved there 5 years ago.
