They have this in Israel already. Instead of cops on the highways, they have something similar to a red light camera. If you speed past it over a certain speedlimit, it will photograph your car, and thats that.

Knowing how well things move in the US, my V1 will serve me another 30 years.

P.S. If someone built it, someone can unbuild it, meaning there will always be a detector, or messer upper thingy.

This just means that you will have to go so fast that you aren't in frame when the camera takes picture number 2.
