2. Insurance companies buy them for municipalities
3. Cameras are already going up all over the place

We just need to obscure one or two images (plates & driver face) from a certain range of angles. If you knew when the shutter fired you could overexpose the image with a flash bulb. I can see the new accessory now -- HID lighting for your license plate!

its not like they work here in el paso where i live, they keep their radars off untill u pass them, then they turn them off and u have no time to slow down
