Default Passenger left on a plane

A woman was left on a plane hrs after the plane landed. Now she is suing the airline. Her fault or the airline?

They're both to blame... pretty shady to sue for false imprisonment, though.

Emotional distress? She explained it in the video, staff entered the plane right after she woke up. How bad were those couple minutes in between?

The airplane can easily compensate her airfare or give her a free flight or two. Instead, she rather go on a greed binge and pull out a lawsuit to take a shit on.

ROFL. This broad is dumber that it appears from the headline. Apparently, she works for a radio station and local cable TV channel. The local news anchors will have to explain the stupidity of their own employee to listeners in her home town. I love it. Always a good idea to embarrass your employer. Granted the united crew should have swept the cabin before deplaning. My guess is that this broad was gigantic bitch and they decided to leave her there as payback for being a jerk. There is no way she was not noticed on a 50 passenger regional jet. Geez, no harm done. Get on with life. Have a laugh about it.

Saw this yesterday.

The airline is clearly at fault for not sweeping the cabin. But it's worth a couple pairs of free R/T flights if anything.

False imprisonment? Emotional distress? GTFO. I hope she loses, and loses bad.

I would be kinda embarrassed if that happened to me. Beside, I find it hard to believe to be locked from the inside! haha

People nowadays will sue for the stupidest things.

I fly the airplane type that she was stuck on, IT DOES NOT LOCK from the outside, that is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard.

Usually the Flight attendant will do a walk through just to make sure there is no vomit or bottles of piss in the seats (happens I swear), I can't believe they just bolted, lol
