The best sandwich is: Black pudding and tomato sauce.

For those of you who don't know what black pudding is, it's congealed blood with chunks of fat / offal formed into a sausage. Just grill it lightly then add to white bread with plenty of tomato sauce. YUM YUM YUM.

Perfect after a weight lifting session. Lots of protein and carbs without the saturated fat. Just what your muscles are cravin'.
