HondaGal, You didn''t say what kind? I like several types: mixed, un-mixed (both on plain bread) and grilled (un-mixed) ala grilled cheese sandwich.

PB&J goes great with crackers, bread, toasted bread, bagels, toasted bagels, pop-tarts (try it!), waffles (try this too! excellent!), and celery(not the jelly)! and some others! I love eating it alongside a bowl of Campbell's Alphabet soup! Yes that watered down concentrated junk. Nostalgic.

You people haven't lived until you have tried Guava Jelly or Jam with your PB. do they sell guava jelly outside of hawaii? they must somewhere. Next time you are in hawaii, you MUST try guava or strawberry-guava. We also have some other weird jams, but guava is the bestest! bestestest!

 

I finally succumbed to temptation as brought on by this appetizing thread and had a PB&J on toast for my late lunch. Every bit as good as I remember!
