driving through the infamous Fillmore area in SF yesterday.. aka the Fillmo aka the Mo... i spot this...




what hell man?? can someone please explain to me the thought process that goes on when someone decides to put this particular style chrome rims on an IMPORT car?!!!

and on top of that, his or her car ain't even dropped!!
