Personally, the traditional push up is a tried and true method.

I noticed that my pushup reps and form improved after using the Perfect Pushup, but after about 2 months I noticed no significant difference between the two different ways. After that, they just turned into unstable pushup bars for increased range of motion in my workout.

Do dips instead, they help build the same muscles and more.

by perfect push up, do you mean those rotating things? http://www.perfectpushup.com
i just do pushups on my knuckles, its easier on your wrists, and you can drop a little bit lower. 5 sets of 15-20 wide grip, 5 sets of 15-20 close grip, and 5 sets of 10 dumbbell flys.

Just get regular push up handles. All that twisty stuff is more for show than go. The movement works the same muscles whether you're turning your arms or not.
The handles make pushups more effective because you can get "deeper".
Do 3 fast reps only going about 1/3 of the way up, then do 1 rep all the way up, count that as #1. ex:123-1, 123-2, 123-3,...
You'll have a massive pump because of the constant tension on the muscles.
Good Luck!

That might have been funny if you hadn't screwed it up by adding that stupid apostrophe in "bra's". Plurals don't have apostrophes; possessives and contractions do. The word's "bras".
