Has anyone read this book? I heard it on CBS' news just now and find the contents fascinating.

If anyone has read it, please let me know what you feel about it.

I read some reviews--they talked to the IRS and essentialy the IRS sasy his book is BS and you will be held liable for taxes and you may face criminal charges as well. Who is telling the truth? I would not care to find out.

"Article. I.

Section. 8.

Clause 1: The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States; "

I don't know why, but they also added an amendment, to say the same thing. Just so we don't forget, we have no choice

"Article XVI.

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration. "

fascinating yes, but not a snowballs chance in hell will it hold up in court....
