Has anyone done business with this site? I placed an order and its taken a week to process and I still haven't got the update yet. I tried calling them on the phone, no luck. I get this message saying they are closed today. Yes, closed on a Tuesday! Any ideas?

I placed an order a week ago. I was assured it was going to be shipped out yesterday. It didn't. I tried reaching them by phone and the auto message keeps saying it's closed at the present time. WTF? I sent emails as well, and thus far, I haven't got an answer from them.

Can someone try calling this number, 1-800-883-6437, and see if you can get a hold of a representive.

I tried calling the number and all I got was thier automated phone system that kept sending me in a loop and would not patch me thru to a human.

Super gheyness. At the present time we are closed. I'd try tomorrow to make sure you haven't just had bad luck and their system is down, but aside from that it'll be a CHAAAAARGE BACK!
