Nah, BMW's don't actually handle all that well. The reality has never lived up to the hype. And as you can clearly see from the pictures, they're made cheaper than Kia's.

From the looks of it, wheels and all.. I say this was a 2012 335is. This is very common in EU. When I went there, this old Dacia (Renault) crashed into a newer SL550. The Renault driver died, passenger was severely hurt and SL drive was perfectly ok. We all remember this
