I'm interviewing for a job right now and they want me to take a personality test. Is that standard practice? Just curious since I've never had to take one for any of my past jobs.

 

Yup, Circuit City will have you take a personallity test, a psyc test, and a couple solid interviews w/some kinda difficult to answer questions. They mostly deal with morality and how you would handle or do what in situation X.

IMO don't sweat it and be youreself.

 

I'm a recruiter, and one of my clients (Pacificare) requested I give the candidates a Personality Test.
