One night when I was going home from my fiance's house (23 years ago!) I was in the slow lane in a 911S and some idiot pulled up right on my tail. We were the only two cars for miles on a 3-lane freeway. I took it out of gear and coasted, figuring he would pull around me and leave. I did it not to aggravate him, just to get him to go away and leave me alone. He finally did, when I got down to 15 mph!

 

Pet peeve #1 cell phone use while driving.
Pet peev #2 people in left turning lane at intersections that don't pull up far enough to actuate the left turn light.

 

How about people ahead of you pulling up to a stop sign on a two-lane one-way street, they want to go straight or left, but they take the right lane, so you can't turn right.

(That probably doesn't make any sense...)

Pet Rock Peeves:

1) Dump trucks and flat-bed trucks rolling down the highway with all sorts of rocks & dirts & cr@p flying off dinging an otherwise perfect paint job.


2) Cars which slow down, effectively blocking the fast lane because they're afraid to pass said trucks.

 

Cigarette smoke sucks for 2 reasons: 1) It smells like shit. 2) Second hand smoke is worse for you than smoking itself. 'Nuff said.

 

Truck drivers who drive on the inside lane or trucks in both lanes. Once upon a time trucks used to keep left (right in the US I guess) out of courtesy.

 

Those who do not understand what "Yield" means and they enter the highway doing 35 mph.
