I'd go for an Epson 1280 Photo Sylus printer - you'll be amazed at the quality - given the right paper... My 3.3Mp images from my Canon D30 digital SLR come out great on that printer. Software like Genuine Fractals will help with enlargements beyond 8x10 or for upsized crops.

 

So far so good! I have to get some better paper, but the install went without any drama and my test prints are yummy...that Genuine Fractals software seems like it might be worth getting too...

 

i still think my CANON F30 is one of the best multi purpose printers. Scanner/Copier/Printer all in one.

 

You should talk to RHES2K. He works for Epson. Oh well, looks like you bought it already.
