I can say in all honesty that it would not disturb my conscience in the least to handcuff the f*ckers who would do that to a dog, put a hook through their face and leg and drag them behind a boat in such a way that they would not drown.

I would watch them be eaten alive by a shark while sipping a nice pinot noir. and distribute the videotape in the town where that person lived as a message to anyone else who could be so cruel.

seriously. if it wasn't for the legal consequences, my conscience would be utterly clear.

That looks Photochopped... it is SUN MAGAZINE afterall. But should it be true... the ****ers who did that should be hooked and dragged behind the boats themselves for sharkbait.

Terrible looking - I hope it is not true, I can't believe as soft as the tissue is that it would not rip with the weight and drag of a dog or cat for that matter being pulled through water!

There is no possible way that is true. There would be some visible trauma to the area where the hook was placed through.

It is true however that Greyhounds are were used to catch sharks to get thier fins.

They would bring a bunch of dogs with them (dogs that could not race) and cut thier legs off. Then tie them up and throw them in the water around the boat. When the sharks came...bam.

I have never developed a emotional attachment to a fish! I suppose you could love a fish but this just seems extraordinary in it's cruelty.
