it probably is a repost. and no matter what you feel he is "now", or if he ever was a musician - well no one ever claimed he was. he's quite an amazing performer though - at least he was. but if you dont remember, you are probably showing your age.

 

I am 30, I remember, but that doesn't mean I was a fan even then I remember making fun of KISS for their ghey makeup and satan-worship rumors. It took me years to decide Van Halen was actually good. I was always more into, say, The Animals, Beatles, Beastie Boys, Quiet Riot or Whitesnake, than kiddie pop like mj. Some music I liked then I now think is trash, and vice versa. Just because I once liked it doesn't mean I can't look at it today and make a new judgement.
