Sorry to hear of the developments but the healing process is begun and each day will be different but not as bad as the past couple.
Be there for your wife and kids
Try to be as understanding as possible and DO NOT assume or jump to conclusions about any behavior shifts or outbursts. people deal with trauma and grief in many different ways. Be prepared and as understanding as you can be. You may take the brunt of emotional attacks that in reality have nothing to do with you and if you are not prepared for it, might cause you to retaliate. Just try to deal with all situations as benignly as possible.

Sorry to hear this.
While this online community we refer to as s2ki.com is full of good people who genuinely care about others, I hope you are able to talk with someone "in real life". Friend, family, church. That can be your best support system. We here can try, but its important for you to seek someone to share your greif with.
