Well I agree that the poll thing is grossly overdone at the moment. T think once all the stupid ones are out of the way it will cease. Please do include POLL in the title so we know it's a poll and can skip it if we choose. I hope the trend will die out and only really interesting polls are posted eventually.

I don't want to make structural change decisions based on what happened in the first week after a feature is introduced. That's a little short sighted IMO. I'd prefer to wait it out and see if the situation corrects itself before reacting. If only lawmakers would do the same...

Relevant polls would be fine but there's so many off-the-wall polls, it's absurd...2 times a poll about owners' educations has been introduced in the Car Talk forum...
