So because when she goes out and gets drunk its in tabloids means she should be treated differently in the judicial system? How many people her age don't go out and drink/party and how many wouldn't if they had her money? Thats a terrible justification and If thats what the judge/prosecutor considered, it would be unjust.
Come on man, the judge has to consider the future safety of the community in his decision, this isn't cracking down on partyers in general. Girls like Paris and Lindsay are either drunk or coked up or BOTH. Bill Gates got himself a Porsche and sped, and apparently he hasn't done it since,But since then, he's been a responsible human aside from having a monopoly on OS.
Paris got caught with a DUI for the whatever time, some judge said "Thats it", we're taking your license, and now, even though she's been WARNED that she will go to jail if she breaks the law, she drove twice and was caught twice with a suspended license. Sounds habitual to me, no?
If you took offense because you're a partyer like Paris, then I hope you won't base your defense on "everyone's doing it". Looks like it didn't help Paris or her money.
I didn't mention Paris' friend or ex-friend Nicole Richie was pulled over for driving on the WRONG SIDE of the FREEWAY after leaving a party. Yes, I'm certainly an unjust person if I think a judge should consider the MENTALITY of the defendant. These girls don't care about the public. They think they can solve all their DUI's and jail-time with money. But not this time, and I think the judge had some guts to do it in front of her parents.

I thought she only had 1 DUI, and these other stops were for speeding?
"Every deranged human kills a few people here and there" won't fly either
