Last time I checked, Camrys can hit 100 mph too. Its not the car, its the driver. Bad choices, bad results. Sorry to see what happened - another foot to the left and she might have survived.

Wow. That's horrible. Really horrible. (Damn my morbid curiosity for checking those pics.)

Well, I hate to preach, I really do, but I know I'll have even greater respect for speed and bad judgment on public roads. And even though my little girls are both less than 4 years old, this is a shocking reminder of what's out there... self-inflicted or not.

Hug your kids. A lot.

Yes, yes, high performance vehicles can be dangerous. So can low performance vehicles. I say we ban ALL vehicles that can travel faster than a horse's canter, and ban all people (children or adult) that are capable of being irresponsible or making mistakes. :/
