It's Windows XP.....just disguised a littleusing Windowblinds and a few others.
I've been into 'skinning' for quite awhile and the current desktop shows the Dawn WB skin, the Noia icon set, the Old Sys cursor skin and a nice WinAmp 3 skin I picked up at Deviant Art.
Desktop is a sketch by the silver age comic artist, George Tuska. The man who made Iron Man famous. I own quite a few pieces by him, unfortunately, the one shown is not one of them.

 

Of course, my favorite game: HALO!
