Post Your Very First Car!
At 16 I got my first car, a blakck 1997 Chrysler Sebring. Then, I got sick of dealing with the auto transmission (way too boring to drive, and slow too) and talked my sister into taking the Sebring instead of getting a new Jetta when she turned 16. Then, drove my dad's sliver 89 Supra (absolutely perfect car!! only 50,000 miles!! < for sale for the right price>) for a couple of months while deciding what to get next. Eventually decided on a red 2001 S2000 (absolutely love it, of course).
First car given to me:
1972? Dodge Gold Duster:
Mine was Gold!!
Second car that I was also using:
A 2Dr 1982 Chevy Citation

First car I bought:
1982, 1984? Oldmobile Delta '88....Greatest hunk of steal I've ever owned. It could and would crush boulders when I ran into them....and that rear back seat was just AWESOME!!!
Mine was deep, Royale Blue:

OK people try to top this!!
The first car (not a tractor) I learned to drive (and was allowed to drive for several years) was a white mid 70s Suzuki simlar to the one below

except this one had solid rubber tires and a motor cycle engine mounted on 2x4s under the hood (2x4 attached to the engine mounts and the moto engine on the 2x4s) and the only brakes were from the emergency brake lever.
The first car I actually bought and had titled in my name was a white 86 mazda B2000 pickup (known as Ford Couriers in other parts of the world). This was the best car I ever owned. Easy to work on and cheap parts.

My first was a '71 VW Squareback. A hand me down from my dad to my brother then to me. Well, when I took hold of it, I dropped the front real low, built an 1800cc engine with dual 44 weber carbs, hot engle 125 cam, etc. Man I loved that car! Talk about fun in my high school days where old VW's were popular.

149K miles and counting
