Here in the dorms, we just take our small garbage cans, fill them with water, lean it on people's doors, knock, and run. Simple, funny, not too harmful.... but the visine does sound interesting...

 

Old dorm prank.... Get the ketchup packets from a McD's or such. Set them under the toilet lid (gently place the lid on top of them at the "resting points"). Walk away...or sit in the next stall for the hallarity to follow -- poor bast@rd's gotta take a sh!t, drops his pants in desparation, *thumps* down on the toilet lid. Ahhhh, yes -- the ketchup packets burst (properly aimed, they'll squirt the backs of his now trouser-dropped legs!). He still needs to take a dump bad...but now he has to deal with that red oooze dribbling down the back of his calves.

 

Take a cigarette from your buddies pack and remove some of the tobacco, about 1/2" or so. Then take his matches and break the heads off three of them and put them in the cigarette and replace the tobacco, being careful to pack it in well. After two or three drags the match heads will ignite, scaring the bejesus out of your buddy. Works every time.
