This is from my town too..
The "man" isnt really a man. It's a lesbian who had her boobs removed/reduced and took testosterone therapy so she could have a beard. She's legally recognized as one, but that doesnt mean she is physically one.
(S)he still has all her girl parts. No parts "added" through surgery.
The wife was infertile, but they wanted a baby, so they got a sperm doner and the only option for them to have their own baby was for "him" to get pregnant.
Not that big a deal other than it looking a bit wierd. The news says "Man Pregnant" but it isnt really any different than any normal small-chested manly-looking woman having a kid.

a load of crap. why did he need a sperm donor he has his own sperm. he needed an egg donor.
this "pregnancy" if we can call it that must be ectopic or outside a uterus. probably in his peritoneal cavity... which would cause severe pain and also constipate him, give him bowel obstructions due to slow GI motility, and push on his lungs making it hard to breathe.
either hes about to die or the baby's about to die.
