He's the 'man', his wife is the 'woman', why the **** is 'he' carrying the baby and how the hell would his 'wife' fertilize him anyways if she has EGGS not SPERM?!?

That being said, if his 'wife' is actually his 'husband', I get it. Otherwise, this makes no sense.
