Prelude SH
Please!...This is a fabulous car. Nice acceleration, excellent handling for a front wheel drive car, reliable, attractive, rock solid.
This car was rated by Car & Driver as the best handling car under $30,000 and after it won that contest was pitted against all cars and fared quite well ( I think it tied or surpassed the Viper!) For several years Consumer Reports rated the Prelude as the most reliable car.
It's interesting how many S2000 owners were previous Prelude owners. I sold mine recently and really miss it. By the way I beg to differ on the resale of the car. I sold my 97SH this fall for nearly $19,000! When I bought the car I hammered out a deal and only paid $23,300 right when the new model came out. How's that for getting your moneys worth. I could definately see myself picking one up again in the next couple of years as a second ride to the S.

Resale is very good on ludes. I guess it depends where you live.
My SH, although it had a whle lot of custo accessories was re-sold by the dealer for the price of a brand new base model. I simply broke my lease on it. The car had 30k miles on it and i had driven it for 25 months.
Now that is resale value.
