prezel franchise for mall - what franchise?
what other Pretzel franchises do you guys know of, other than Auntie Anne's?
there is a spot at our mall... Auntie Anne's is already in the middle of the mall and kicking ass..... This spot is in the food court where they just relocated a Orange Julius out of and into a bigger spot.

my suggestion is find out what kind of food they are lacking and trying to fill that niche instead of trying to compete with one that's already established.
do they already have a panda express or something more esoteric?
also, you should work in that franchise for a few months to decide if that's the kind of life you want.

^ There is already a Auntie Anne's but it is about 200 yards down in the middle of the mall....... there is a vacant spot in the food court....
S2020 - there is already a Panda.... taco bell, yummy japan, subway, boardwalk fries, Sabbaro pizza and some salad place.
The mall manager said the Auntie Anne's is bringing in the cash!!!!!! He even suggested a pretzel place after i was asking what was allowed (wasn't sure if you could have another pretzel place).

Man, you got a lot of good food in that mall! Id have to stop everywhere before leaving LOL
