Okay so were getting a new fence for our house, but the neighbor says our existing fence is 2ft inside his property.
Which it's not... Where can i find out if it is? Just go to like city hall or something?

Survey is your best bet. When you bought your home one could have been done, if not get one done.

I just bought a house on March 16th and I was given a few copies of my surveyed property showing me where I could build and easements. Also you should have metal property markers if you can find them buried.

Refer to your plat map of your property which you purchased, it will have the measurements of your lot/property.

You will need a survey no matter what. Just get one and be sure, and pay attention since some neighborhoods require you build your fence 1 foot back from the property line.
