Hey to all of you that are lactose intolerant, there is a whey protein shake made by Champion Nutrition that is Lactose Free. I love the stuff. I am extremely lactose intolerant and got stomach aches from all the other shakes I tried.
The product is called Pro-Score 100 Elite Protein Supplement
I have thought about cycling some Creatine but I have heard it makes it difficult to get cut because of the water retention, so I've never tried it. Protein shakes are a great way to get some extra nutrition to your body.
