Public Fluorination
I'm going to make a guess that using fluoride daily (whether it be at the dentist or in the form of mouthwash) would cause more adverse health effects than drinking 8 glasses of lightly fluorinated water.
Why? Well, that little "shot" of mouth wash (or the foam at the dentist) is much less diluted than the water we drink
That's enough info for me to live happily

Out of curiosity I took a look at the OP's websites.
First, the anti-fluoridation websites were all mostly the same thing. Some random person who claimed to be associated with a reputable organization said fluoridation was bad but didn't provide any real evidence, just their own analysis. Unless I missed it, there was no double blind, peer reviewed research anywhere on those sites. This is the same stuff the dimwits who claim measles vaccines cause autism use.
As for Wikipedia article. It seems to make the case for fluoridation rather than against it. It only briefly mentions the controversy over fluoridation and points out the people who most commonly bring it up: the kooky fringes of the far right and the far left.
Then there is Fox News. I don't take anything from Fox News seriously and the articles listed is a great example of why. The "study" linking fluoridation to bone cancer makes the most classic mistake of shoddy research. It confused correlation with causation (i.e. that most gang members own guns doesn't prove that most gun owners are in gangs).
Overall, classic tinfoil hat drivel.
