Default Punk kids...

So I walk out to my parking structure tonight to get something from my car. I find someone trying to peel off a bumper sticker, with a sharpie in the other hand. The kid doesn't see me, so I grab him by the shirt collar and slam him up against my car.

I ask if the kid has his wallet with him. I grab his drivers license and take down all his info in my phone. He lives in the next building over and just turned 18 a couple months ago. I see the kid looking like he's gonna bolt, and I tell him I have his license and I'm going to come break his face if he tries taking off.

The kid is shaking and keeps apologizing and saying he's been drinking and is sorry. I told him I'm reporting him to the apartment complex tomorrow, and if anyone touches my car from here on out, I'm coming looking for him.

The parking garage is monitored, so I'm going to go report this to the office tomorrow. Hopefully they evict the bastard and his family.

Seriously, I should have waited til he did something to the car then grabbed him and called the cops. What is wrong with kids today?

Oh a tough guy...what if one of them had a gun? Next time call the cops. It might save your life. I doubt you taught any of them little punks a lesson either.

If it was an OBAMA sticker, I don't blame him... j/k!

Not sure how I would have reacted but be careful when threatening teens..... they are not rational and will one up you or go over the top to get revenge.

Wrong. If he wants to take it to another level, take it to an even higher level. You don't let people F with your stuff because you are afraid they may escalate the situation. That's being a puss.

You do however have to be smart about how you F his world up.

Exactly. I always carry a knife on me and have a 9 back at the apartment if he wants to show up there. I'm 6'3 and he was all of 5'7 and 130lbs. If he wanted to brawl, let him take the first swing for the camera and I'll go to town.

I've waited for the police to show up before when someone was trying to break into my parent's house. It took them 45 minutes. It finally took me drawing my piece to get them off my property- 15 minutes later the cops finally showed up.

As long as I'm not doing anything outside the law, I'm taking it upon myself to confront people like this. Most of them are just punks who think nobody has the balls to stop them.

A gun in the hand is better than a cop on the phone.

I never used to believe this, until I had someone trying to break down the front door for 30 minutes while 911 hadn't showed up.

I pulled out my 9mm, opened the door, and they got back in the car REAL fast.

I'm not sure I could ever pull the trigger, but if you want someone off your property fast, show them the other end of a pistol.
